What are the pros.&cons on a 3 blade vs. 4 blade SS outboard motor propeller? - ss propeller
It all depends on what you have created. If it relate to concerns about the speed or fuel consumption, are management problems, the proposal of breath or a vibration problem and the additional cost of a propeller, then buy a 4-plate. They were originally designed for engines that use weights are in a boat, the right to set aside the Stearne and would be developed faster on the boot level. For example, a flats boat in shallow water. 3 blades are less expensive around the most suitable for the application anyway. Need help choosing the right media for your application will not hesitate to ask 3 or 4 ...... stupid, that's okay, there is no substitute for the right support!

After many years in the business, I can say without a doubt, the only advantage of a 4-blade prop less vibration. It is not fired "hole" or "lift" for, against three in the correct size blade. Try a 5-sheet for easy editing.
They are usually 4 blade more lift (ideal for plans holes) and more control. They are usually used in the Beaver-style boats, or people are moving tubes, skiing, etc. If is a 3 blade better for speed.
However, much depends on the HP, cargo style, the angle of the stern, Jack Plate, etc.
I have a 3 blade on the ship 20 meters from my bass.
And some people I know of Run 4 blades that everything about your driving style and what kind of performance you are looking for.
